• You will write the model specification for the Radiation Monitoring Unit (RMU) according to user and system requirements.
• Development of the RMU model using SimTG and C++ within the Functional Validation Infrastructure (FVI) team.
• You will prepare and maintain model documentation and test specifications.
• Test the RMU model using SimOPS and Java, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• You will create test plans, execute integration tests, and generate test reports for validation coverage.
• You will integrate the RMU model in the numerical simulation bench and support system-level validation activities.

• University Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering or a similar qualification.
• Experience in satellite systems or space simulation environments is an advantage.
• Proficiency in C++ and Java programming languages.
• Experience with SimTG, SimOPS, and Eclipse environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Jira, etc.) and software testing practices.
• Ability to write technical documentation and system specifications.
• Strong problem-solving attitude, teamwork skills, and capacity for autonomous work.
• Very good English skills written and spoken – German is a plus.
