• 86609 – Donauwörth (Bayern)

• Your main task is the editing and tracking of service requests / incidents / change requests
• Furthermore, you are responsible for server management (regular tasks, usage and responsibilities) and ticket management (Mantis)
• Escalation management (official process and PSL actions) will be also part of your tasks
• In addition, you will take care of security exception management like process, security partners, USB transfer, SEP policies, ADM/DEV
• Linux Master (Foreman server, Puppet, matrices, new platform development)

• Completed education as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
• You have good knowledge of Linux system
• You already have experience with Database Tools like ADBS, DB server, SNOW items, impact of issues Linux
• Good communication skills both with customers and your team
• You know how to investigate efficiently problems and propose well documented solutions
• You speak fluently English. German and/or French are a plus
