As Business Director of our London-based subsidiary, you will be the driving force behind the further development of our activities in the UK. You will engage in further development our services and our product portfolio in the Engineering and the IT domain and expand our radius of action in the various industries we serve.

• You will be in charge of planning, developing and implementing all the relevant business activities in our UK subsidiary
• You will develop new customer accounts as part of the acquisition process and continuously expand them, in line with our group’s targets
• In doing so, you will ensure the utilization and growth of your operational team
• You will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals and taking the necessary measures to meet financial targets
• Furthermore, you will ensure the qualification and further training of your employees
• In addition, you will support international group events, marketing strategies, internal and external audits

• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, computer science, business management or a comparable qualification
• You bring relevant experience in the planning and provision of technical services in the industrial, aerospace or banking sector
• Sales is a one of your passions
• You possess a solid technical background, coupled with leadership experience
• You recognize talent and promote the very best out of each of your team members
• As a team player, you cooperate closely, openly and transparently with the rest of the corporation, in order to secure the achievement of our global targets
• Experience with ISO9001, ISO 27001, OHSAS 18001 or similar management systems is an advantage 
• Fluency in French language is an additional advantage
